Parts Receivable is the feature available to update the stock of parts once received from the suppliers. Once parts are available, admin users can update stock for parts using the Add Part Receivable form on the Parts Inventory page. This feature streamlines the stock update process and ensures efficient parts inventory management.
How to add parts stock as receivable in Asset+ CMMS
Once on the Parts page, click the Part Receivables icon next to the three dots under the action section.
You will be directed to the Add Part Receivables form, update the required field with adequate data, and click the Submit button.
Once submitted the received quantity will be updated in the stock of that particular items and made it available to maintenance needs.
