Parts 360 provides a comprehensive, real-time view of each part’s information, specification, purchase history with lot and batch, and usage records, enabling better visibility and traceability across your maintenance operations.

How do we access Parts 360 in the Fogwing CMMS Platform?
The following steps will guide to access the parts 360 module.
Login to your Fogwing CMMS account by visiting https://cmms.fogwing.net/
Click on the Parts menu item present on the left menu bar.
Once you are on the Parts page, click on the three dots under the action section for the Asset for which you want to access the Parts 360 feature.
Click on the Parts 360 option.
You will be navigated to the Parts 360 page.
The Parts Info tab provides the complete parts-related details.
You can edit the parts details by clicking on the edit button.
The Info section in the Parts 360° View provides a complete overview of the essential details of each spare part. It helps maintenance teams quickly identify the part, understand its specifications, and locate it within the inventory.
This tab consolidates all relevant information—technical, logistical, and descriptive—into a single, easy-to-read layout for efficient maintenance planning and inventory control.
Click on the purchase tab to view the purchase-related details of the selected Part.
The Purchase section in the Parts 360° View provides complete visibility into a part’s supplier information, procurement details, and purchase history.
This tab is designed to help maintenance and procurement teams monitor supplier performance, track purchasing timelines, and manage cost efficiency effectively.It consolidates all critical purchase-related data into a single view, ensuring seamless coordination between maintenance, inventory, and procurement operations.
The Purchase History section within the Purchase Tab of the Parts 360° View offers a chronological record of all past procurement transactions related to a specific part.
This feature helps maintenance and inventory managers track part replenishment activities, validate stock entries, and maintain complete transparency in procurement and inventory audits.
Each record in the Purchase History table captures essential details from the corresponding purchase order and goods receipt, ensuring end-to-end traceability from supplier to storage.
Click on the Reliability tab to view the asset reliability.
The Usage Section of the Parts 360° View provides a complete overview of how and where each part has been utilized within maintenance operations.
This section consolidates all work order–related part usage records, allowing maintenance managers, supervisors, and engineers to track the lifecycle of every spare part — from inventory to actual field usage.By displaying detailed information such as Work Order Name, Work Order Code, Asset Name, Asset Code, and Quantity Used, the Usage section delivers full traceability of part consumption across maintenance activities.
