Activity Logs will capture all user activities within the application and store for later reference. This feature is critical in keeping track of actions to verify the events recorded, keep watch of user activities, trends and patterns in manufacturing operations. Activity logs serve as a log book that can be viewed from time to time.

How to view the activity logs?

o Login to your SFactrix.ai account.

o From the settings page, under log management, click on the ‘activity logs’ card.

o Activity logs list view page will appear.

o Under each activity in the list view, there is a 'view more' option. Click the view more option to access more details of a specific activity.

o The details of a specific activity will display upon clicking view more as shown below.

How to search in activity logs?

o Login to your SFactrix.ai account.

o From the settings page, under log management, click on the ‘activity logs’ card.

o Activity logs list view page will appear.

o Type the required key words in the search box of the activity logs list view page as shown below.

o Search results will display upon typing keywords and accordingly a specific activity can be tracked from the activity logs.

Why am I unable to access Activity Logs?

  1. You can access activity logs only when there has been user activities in the application.
