The Work Order execution page contains the complete details of the Work orders created. It involves fields like work order code, asset name, work order type, MRO Code, target date, total hours worked, assigned to, total hours worked today, and Action Note. The execute work order page enables the maintenance managers and engineers to perform the assigned maintenance work order. It provides the complete details of the maintenance work order assigned to them.
1. How are maintenance work orders executed on the Fogwing CMMS platform?
Executing a maintenance work order efficiently is crucial for ensuring asset reliability and minimizing downtime. The Fogwing CMMS Platform provides a streamlined interface for executing work orders. This documentation will guide you through executing a maintenance work order on the Execute Work Order page.
Steps to access the Execute Work Order page in the Fogwing CMMS:
The users with the manager, supervisor, and engineer login can execute the work order.
Login to your Fogwing CMMS account by going to https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the Execute Work Order icon present on the menu bar.
You will be navigated to the execute work order page.
You can also access the "Execute Work Order" page by clicking the Settings menu item in the menu bar.
Once on the settings page, click on Maintenance Management in the navigation bar and then on the "Execute Work Order" section.
You will be navigated to the " Execute Work Order" Page.
Steps to select the maintenance Work Order to Execute in Fogwing CMMS:
Once on the "Execute Work Order" page.
Select the required maintenance work order assigned from the list on the left-hand side of the Execute Work Order page.
Complete details of the selected maintenance work orders will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Click the part allocate button to allocate or deallocate the parts assigned to asset maintenance.
Steps to execute the selected maintenance work order in Fogwing CMMS:
Once you select the maintenance work order to execute.
To initialize the maintenance work order, go to the "Work Order Update" section and click on the "In Progress" button.
Add the required note in the "Action Note" section and mention the total worked hours.
Click on the Checklist Score to manage the checklist.
Click on the upload button to upload the maintenance-related images.
Click on the submit button to input the details of the maintenance work order.
If you wish to keep the maintenance work orders on hold, click the on-hold button.
Enter the required details and click the submit button to keep the maintenance work on hold.
Click on the Submit Button.
If you wish to complete the maintenance work order, click the completed button.
Enter the required information in the action section.
Click the submit button to complete the assigned maintenance work.
Step to view the maintenance work order history in Fogwing Asset+ CMMS:
Once on the Execute Work Order page.
Go to the "Work Order Progress History" section.
You can see the complete work order execution history with the action note and Time Spent.
Note: The Files section can hold a maximum of 5 files. Files exceeding 5MB will be compressed after upload. Only JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats are allowed.
