Creating a Holiday Calendar in the Fogwing Asset+ CMMS platform involves defining the list of non-working days to configure and manage holidays effortlessly. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create a holiday calendar within the Fogwing Asset+ platform.
Steps to Create a Holiday Calendar in Fogwing Asset+:
Login to your Fogwing Asset+ account by visiting https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the Settings menu item present on the menu bar.
Once on the settings page, click on Organization Settings in the navigation bar and then on the "Holidays section."
You will be navigated to the "Holiday" page, where you can define and manage the organization's non-working days.
Click on the Add Holiday button.
The 'Add Holiday' form will appear.
Please enter the required data in the respective field and press the 'Submit' button.
Note: No maintenance orders will be assigned during the holiday period. If you operate during a holiday period, do not declare that day a holiday.
Please note the details of each parameter required to create a Holiday Calendar in the Fogwing Asset+.

Plant | You can choose the plant from the dropdown for which you would like to declare the holiday. |
Holiday Date | You can choose the Holiday Date for which you would like to declare the non-working day. |
Holiday Duration | The Holiday duration can be an entire day or a Partial day. You can choose according to your requirements. |
Choose Shift | Choose the shift from the dropdown if you wish to declare a partial day as a holiday. |
Holiday Name | Mention the name of the Holiday. |
Note: The shift hours can be declared when adding a plant to the Fogwing Asset+ CMMS Platform.

Click on the three dots under the action section.
Click on View/Edit.
Edit Holiday form will appear.
Edit the required data and click on the Update Button.

Click on the three dots under the action section.
Click on Delete.
You will receive a pop-up with the message "Are you sure to delete Holiday Name"?
Click on "Yes" to delete the Holiday.
