This guide will walk you through the steps to seamlessly upload and manage evidence files while executing a work order.

1. How do you upload the evidence while executing the maintenance work orders in the Fogwing CMMS platform?

The Evidence Upload feature in Fogwing CMMS allows maintenance teams to upload and preview images and PDF files related to asset maintenance at each execution step, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Steps to upload the evidence while executing maintenance work order in Fogwing CMMS:

  • Login to your Fogwing CMMS account by going to https://cmms.fogwing.net/

  • Click on the Execute Work Order icon present on the menu bar.

  • You will be directed to the Execute work order page.

  • You will have the list of maintenance work orders that need execution.

  • Select the asset maintenance work order you'd like to execute from the list.

  • Scroll down to the work order update section.

  • Click on the upload icon under the upload files section.

Note: Info: The maximum file size allowed is 5MB, and files exceeding 5MB will be compressed. Formats allowed: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF and HEIC.

  • Upload the evidence related to asset maintenance while executing the work order in the form of images or files in the above-mentioned format.

  • Click on the Submit button to submit the evidence.
