1. How to create support ticket?
Fogwing IIoT Platform is built to provide users with ample assistance whenever needed. Fogwing provides users with immediate access to Fogwing Support System without going anywhere. All questions, issues, wish list, feature queries can be cleared hassle free through support request.
To submit the support request, execute the following steps:
Login to your Fogwing IIoT Platform portal >>
Click Support menu from the left side menu bar under the administration section.
Support page will appear >> Choose 'Request Type', Fill the 'Subject' and Request Details.
Complete the edits.
Click the 'Submit' button to send your support request.
2. Instant Chat with Technical Support?
If you need immediate response and want to reach the support team, you can also open the LIVE CHAT option by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right corner. You can reach the support team if they are available. Other, you can leave a support ticket. The Fogwing support team is very responsive to send reply with 24 hours.
3. Send your support request through email?
if you are note able to reach the portal or chat options, you may send your support request through direct email as well. Create your support request email with your account no or Fogwing admin email id then send to [email protected] email address.
