Growth Plan - If you have a plan to implement medium-scale IoT implementation, Growth Plan subscription is the most optimal with a good volume of data storage.

How to upgrade my Fogwing IIoT subscription?
Fogwing IIoT portal provides the simplest way to upgrade your account from anywhere within the Fogwing Portal.
Pre-condition – You must have an account created in the Fogwing IIoT Platform by signup.
Steps to upgrade your Fogwing subscription:
Login to your Fogwing account by clicking on https://portal.fogwing.net/
Enter the credentials provided at the time of registration and sign in to your account.
Once you sign in, you will see the home page with "Get Started".
Please click on the "Upgrade" button on the top right corner of the page. This can be accessed from any page within the application.
Note: Please note that the "Upgrade" button appears only if the subscription is in the "community" plan.
Once clicked on the "Upgrade" button, a subscription popup will appear with the list of available plans.
Select the plan according to your requirements and click on the "Subscribe" button at the bottom.
A new popup window will appear (powered by Chargebee) with plan and pricing details. Click on the "proceed to checkout" button to move to the next step. At this stage, your plan selection is confirmed.
Now, enter the billing email address and click on the "Next" button to move to the next step. You may click the back arrow on the plan level to move back to previous step in this checkout process.
Now, enter the account details to match it for a successful payment process. Please note that you must enter the correct Fogwing Account No. to make the subscription update appear in your account on Fogwing IIoT Platform.
Note: If you are not sure where to find the Fogwing Account No, then please go to Account page by clicking on the "Account" menu from the top right corner. Your account page will open where you can find your Fogwing account number.
At this stage, the payment portal will ask for billing address detail to match with your card to process the payment. Please enter the valid billing address as per your payment card.
After entering all basic information, now you can enter the card details including the card number, security code, payment address etc. Once entered the valid card information, click on the "Next" button to review the entire checkout process.
Now, you should review all details entered in the previous steps before clicking on the "Pay xxxx & subscribe" button to complete the checkout.
After completing the checkout process, a new window will appear with "Close" button. Click on the "Close" button to return back to Fogwing IIoT Portal.
Your Subscription is upgraded successfully.
The entire process of subscription upgrade would take just a few minutes to complete. Once the checkout process is completed, it will take another few minutes to show the upgraded subscription in Fogwing Portal. You will also receive an invoice email from Fogwing.
Note: Please note that Fogwing process might take up to 5 mins to update your account in the Fogwing Portal. Please wait until the process update your account. Do not re-process the payment.
