1. How do you attach asset specification files to the assets in the Fogwing CMMS platform?
Steps to add asset specification files for the asset in Fogwing CMMS:
Login to your Fogwing Asset+ account by visiting https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the Assets menu item present on the menu bar.
You will be able to navigate to the assets page.
Click on the three dots in the action section next to the asset to which you want to add the asset specification files.
Click on the View/Edit option.
Edit Asset Form will open; click on the Files tab.
Enter the file name and version.
Click on the upload button to upload the files from your device.
Click on the Add button to upload the file.
You have now successfully uploaded the asset specification.
Click on the Update button to update the changes made.
2. How do you delete asset specification files of the assets in the Fogwing CMMS platform?
Steps to delete the uploaded asset specification file in Fogwing CMMS:
Login to your Fogwing Asset+ account by visiting https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the Assets menu item present on the menu bar.
You will be able to navigate to the assets page.
Click on the three dots in the action section next to the asset to which you want to delete the asset specification files.
Click on the View/Edit option.
Edit Asset Form will open; click on the Files tab.
Click on the delete icon.
You have successfully deleted the uploaded asset specification; click the Update button to update the changes made.
Note
Up to 5 files can be uploaded, each under 5 MB. The supported formats are PDF, CSV, DWG, DXF, and XLSX.
After uploading the asset specification files, you can access and view them from the file repository module and in the files section of the asset 360 views for that specific asset.
