Maintenance, Repair, and Operations requests are triggered by the customers, factory administration, plant managers, or engineers to the maintenance team. The maintenance team later converts these requests into work orders for asset maintenance. Maintenance requests are made on a demand basis to notify a maintenance manager that an asset or facility might need maintenance or repair.
1. How do you create a maintenance request in the Fogwing CMMS?
Login to your Fogwing account by going to https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the MRO request icon in the menu bar.
You can also go to the MRO Request page by clicking the setting icon and selecting the MRO Request card by clicking the Action card on the settings page.
Click on the Create Maintenance Request button.
The 'Create Maintenance Request' form will appear.
Enter the required data in the respective fields.
To add the required image file, click on the Files tab.
Click on the Plus sign to add the image.
Once you complete uploading the image file, click the Submit button.
Please note the details of each parameter required to create a Maintenance Request in Fogwing CMMS.

Choose a Customer | Choose the customer who has raised the maintenance request. |
Maintenance Type | Select the type of asset maintenance required from the drop-down. |

Note:
On-Demand, Fault, and Preventive are the three maintenance types in Fogwing CMMS.
The Files section can hold a maximum of 5 files. Files exceeding 5MB will be compressed after upload. Only JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats are allowed.
2. How to edit Maintenance Requests in the Fogwing CMMS.
A maintenance manager must be a manager user in the Fogwing CMMS platform to view or edit the asset maintenance work order. To check how to create a manager user account in Fogwing CMMS, click on the link: [link to create an account]
Login to your Fogwing CMMS account by going to https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the MRO Request icon in the Fogwing CMMS menu bar.
You can also go to the MRO Request page by clicking the setting icon and selecting the MRO Request card by clicking the Action card on the settings page.
You will be directed to the MRO Request, which includes a detailed view of the maintenance request created.
Click on the three dots under the Action field against the maintenance request you want to view/edit.
Click on the View/Edit Option.
The 'Edit maintenance' form will appear. Please view/ edit the required data in the respective field.
The maintenance request has been successfully updated.
3. How do I delete the MRO Request in the Fogwing CMMS?
Login to your Fogwing CMMS account by going to https://app.assetplus.ai/
Click on the Maintenance Request icon in the menu bar.
Click the three dots under the Action field against the maintenance request you wish to delete.
Click on the delete option to receive a pop-up: " Are you sure to delete?" Click on "yes" to delete the maintenance request.
