Machines are the main asset to any manufacturing industry. Hence, keeping them healthy and in good condition at all times is the primary goal of an organization for business continuity. This is done by regularly maintaining the machines for their efficient working and producing better quality products. SFactrix allows you to create and keep track of the maintenance ledger for all the machines digitally so that you don't miss out on the dates for maintenance.
Pre-condition – Plant, Work Center, Assets, Parts, Customers, Work Orders, and Jobs should be created in SFactrix prior to scheduling a maintenance request. You should be an Account Admin, Plant Admin, Asset Admin, or a Work Center Admin to create a maintenance request. Job Operators can only create the 'Fault repair' type of maintenance.
