Production routing in manufacturing refers to the step-by-step processes involved in making a product or finished goods. Routing helps in setting up production plans and workflows for your scheduled orders. For each process, the routing or routing card provides the list of required resources, the time or duration required in order to execute the operation, how the cost is calculated, the progress of each process associated with the manufacturing order, and the quantity of production, and rejections.
Hence, the Routing card is an essential feature offered in SFactrix to simplify the correct manufacturing orders through the production shop.
Pre-conditions:
Plant, Assets, Parts, manufacturing order, and work orders must be created in SFactrix.ai prior to viewing Route Card. You must be an Account Admin or Plant Manager to view the route card through the manufacturing order.
