Fogwing CMMS – Release v2.34

Fogwing CMMS - Release v2.34 brings several enhancements to improve Work Order management, workload planning, parts allocation, preventive maintenance, mobile experience, asset tracking, and overall application usability.

This release includes improvements to the Workload Planner, Parts Management, Preventive Maintenance, Mobile Dashboard, Work Order Execution, Asset Tracker, SAP Integration, and other application areas.

The Workload Planner has been enhanced to provide Managers and Supervisors with greater control over Work Orders directly from the planner.

Previously, the Workload Planner primarily provided visibility into assigned Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance activities. With this enhancement, users can now manage Work Orders without navigating to the Work Order module.

This makes it easier to manage workloads, adjust schedules, and redistribute Work Orders directly from the planner.

Part allocation has been enhanced to provide better flexibility when managing parts across multiple warehouse locations.
​

Users can now use the same Part Code across different warehouses, making it easier to maintain consistent part identification and stock tracking.
​

If a required part is not available in the selected warehouse, users can search for the same part across other warehouse locations.
​

When a part needs to be allocated from another warehouse, an approval process can be followed before the allocation is completed.
​

Part allocation is now available directly within Work Order execution, allowing users to allocate required parts while carrying out the Work Order.

Users can also deallocate parts when required.
​

This provides better control over part usage and simplifies spare-part management during maintenance activities.
​

Preventive Maintenance has been enhanced to provide better visibility into completed and ongoing maintenance activities.
​

A new Completed tab provides quick access to completed Preventive Maintenance records.

This makes it easier for maintenance teams to review and track previously completed PM activities.

The mobile dashboards for Admin, Manager, and Supervisor users have been enhanced to align more closely with the CMMS web dashboard.
​

This provides a more consistent experience across web and mobile applications and makes it easier for maintenance teams to access important information while working in the field.

Metering visibility has been improved across the Asset Tracking and mobile Metering pages.
​

Users can now view the configured Metering Threshold for an asset, making it easier to identify the defined meter limit while monitoring asset readings.
​

The Cumulative Value is now displayed along with the meter information, providing better visibility into the accumulated meter reading.
​

These enhancements help users monitor asset meter readings more effectively and make it easier to identify important metering information..

Work Order management has been improved to provide better visibility and control throughout the Work Order lifecycle.
​

Managers and Admins can now revert a Work Order even after it has been completed and approved.
​

This provides additional flexibility when a completed Work Order needs to be moved back for further action or correction.
​

Work Order execution has also been enhanced to support easier maintenance activity completion, including improved part allocation and checklist management.
