What is Data Explorer in SFactrix?
Data Explorer feature of SFactrix enables users to query and view the operational data stored in SFactrix by your machine. This features facilitates the management of machine monitoring by helping users keep a close watch on machine behavior at a consistent pace. Data Explorer gives operator specifics/data and also the transactions pertaining to the machine or simulator.
How to query and view data?
Login to your SFactrix.ai account by going to https://app.sfactrix.ai.
From the settings page, under Log Management, click on the 'Data Explorer’ card.
The 'Data Explorer' form will appear. Fill the form with proper data as shown below.
Click on 'Submit' button to view the reports.
Please note the details of each parameter required to view the reports.
Field | Description |
Enter a date range | Enter the date range for which the data needs to be viewed. |
Choose an Asset | Choose an Asset whose data is to be viewed from the drop-down menu. |
How do I search the data from the Data Explorer ?
Follow the below steps to search 'Data Explorer' in SFactrix.
Login to your SFactrix.ai account by going to https://app.sfactrix.ai.
From the settings page, under Log Management, click on the ‘Data Explorer’ card.
Click on 'Search' on the 'Data Explorer' page.
Enter the keywords like the 'Plant Name', 'Work Center Name', 'Asset Name', or the 'Job Code' to search for the data.
Search results will display upon typing keywords and accordingly specific data can be tracked in the Data Explorer page.
Can I download the Data Explorer sheet ?
Yes, you can easily download the data listed in the Data Explorer in SFactrix for your future references.
Follow the below steps to download/Export the Data Explorer in SFactrix.
Login to your SFactrix.ai account by going to https://app.sfactrix.ai.
From the settings page, under Log Management, click on the ‘Data Explorer’ card.
Click on 'Export' to download the data in 'csv' format.
